Colorado Universal Preschool Program (UPK) is now offered at our preschool. Applications are currently being accepted for the 2023 -2024 school year. If you child is 4 years of age you could be eligible for free preschool.

What is the Universal Preschool UPK Program that Colorado Provides?
The UPK Program allows families free preschool for up to half a day or 15 hours a week of state funded, voluntary preschool. This program began 2023 and BELA is now accepting applications for children 4 years of age. For any questions about the program or applying give us a call or schedule a tour.
